那最后是按照美国的全额赔款的方式处理还是国内75折赔付呢？我今天也飞丢了一个，客服说分析后是无法得出100%结论，最后的结果是75折优惠购机。

感谢各位关注此次售后事件的飞友。 售后处理已告一段落， 本人也基本对处理结果满意。 国内售后的反应速度和态度都是挺好的， 联系后第二天第三天就有大概结论出来并且商量解决方法。 但第一次答应75折再次协商答应5折购机， 有点 。。。 这种事情都有讨价还价？ 在美国加州的客服， 一直不联系，打了无数电话和在线livechat也没用， 但历时两个月后直接给出结论， 全额赔付不含糊， 这点还是不错， 如果反应速度能再快点并且告知处理进度就更好了： ### 对于相同分析结果但不同处理方法， 我更愿意理解为对市场的定位处理方法不同。以下是美国团队的处理结论： Dear Customer After having our data analysis team take a look at the flight log from the flight in question, we were unable to determine the cause of this unfortunate event. 对楼主的遭遇标示同情。估计是精灵空中突然失去电力（接触不良等原因），导致坠机至河里。 我精灵2也有一次事故，返航时从20米处直接摔下来。那时候还是外置图传，突然没信号，故判断是空中断电导致。

国外自然环境好 应该说是干扰更少，之前那么多次飞行每次飞到3公里再返航一点问题都没有的。 没想到这次才距离300来米就丢控出问题。

看来国外和国内飞行都得提高警惕:)
