显示的这样的，我反复的升级都没用。连上app显示的是如图。两个遥控器都是这样的。怎么回事啊

楼主您好，目前您的遥控器的固件版本是多少呢？1.3.0.00到1.4.10不涉及遥控的升级，但是您的遥控如果低于1.3.0就需要通过U盘使用1.3.0的固件进行升级哦。
