标题: 向夏清小妹求助
一直关注OSMO,11号下午六点收到了OSMO手柄，回家后迫不及待地按步骤升级成功后，激活、连接手机各种试；刚开始一切正常，后来，点“进入相机”，按“录制”，黑屏，自动退出。再点“进入相机”，点回放，时而能回放，时而黑屏。向夏清小妹求助。。。。。。。

楼主目前是最新的固件版本吗？检查蛋蛋是否卡紧，其次看看黑屏的时候两个指示灯怎么闪烁，也可以尝试更换设备试试

换了手机也不行啊！咋办？咋办？21号要用啊。。。跟这位大侠描述的一样（http://bbs.dji.com/forum.php?mod ... peid%26typeid%3D187），我把云台拆卸了再装也不行！

您是给我的哪位同事了？有没有尝试强制重新升级试试？

我已经在您的帖子里回复您了哈，您尝试把云台里的红色小红圈取下试试，如果还是不行，那估计就只能寄回来了，应该就是硬件的故障了
