楼主的意思是问为什么社区会很重视客户拥有什么飞机，也就是我们设备绑定设备的这个功能
我的回复是，便于我们区分哪些是拥有飞机的客户，哪些是对飞机感兴趣来进行咨询，因此我们在进行技术支持的时候就会比较有针对性
