你好。是的，至少尝试了三～四次以上。并且重启APP，重启飞行器，拔插数据线都试过。
在体验店买的时候，店员帮我升级过了，我也奇怪为何拿回家还要求我升级。
注：店里升级时也是用的我的iPhone6plus手机，电池是店里的。
