2019新型冠狀病毒疾病马来西亚行动管制令（部分传媒译为“限制活动令”，简称“行管令”或“限行令”或“行动管制令”）是指2020年3月16日，马来西亚联邦政府面对2020年暴发的新型冠状病毒疫情（COVID-19）的反应措施，而在全国实施了“限制活动”的防范措施，媒体通常将这一事件称为“鎖國”、“封国”或“封城”。3月25日，宣佈第一次延長行动管制令。4月10日，第二次延長行动管制令。目前在进行第三阶段的“行动管制令”。
3月16日晚間10时，马来西亚首相慕尤丁通过电视直播，根据《1988年疾病控制法令》及《1967年警察法令》正式颁布该项行动管制令。
行动管制令范畴
1 国内所有行动和群聚皆禁止进行，包括宗教、体育、社交及文化活动；所有商店也必须关闭，除了超市、巴刹、杂货店和出售日常用品的便利店等除外。
2 禁止全国人民出国；刚从海外回国的人民，则需进行身体检查，并自行隔离长达14天。
3 所有外国游客和到访者都禁止入境我国。
4 关闭所有幼儿园、政府及私人学校，包括日间学校、寄宿学校、国际学校、宗教学校及其他中小学。
5 关闭全国所有政府、私人高等学府，包括技术培训学院。
6 关闭政府与私人界单位，除了提供各种重要服务的单位，包括水、电、能源、通讯、邮寄、交通、水域、石油、天然气、燃料、广播、金融、银行、卫生、药局、消拯局、监狱、港口、机场、安全、国防、清洁、杂货及食物供应单位。
在马来西亚宣布“封国”之前，全国超市便开始出現採購潮，各地的医用口罩供应也不足够的情况，使口罩價格暴涨。对此马来西亚首相在16日的电视讲话中表示食物、日常用品和医疗保健（包括口罩）的供应将会足够。他也已指示马来西亚国内贸易及消费人事务部在封国期间不断监视食品供应状况和市场的日常需求。
简单介绍我的家乡，太平（馬來語：Taiping）是马来西亚霹雳州第二大城镇，也是拉律峇登司南马县县府。太平的字面意思是永遠平安，是馬來西亞最古老的市鎮之一，舊稱是拉律，早期是華人礦工幫派血腥爭鬥的地方。 1882年，英国殖民地政府修订法令后，不准私会党注册。1889年，明令取缔，但未能禁绝。19世纪末至20世纪初，分化为洪门会和华记两大派。英國殖民政府在平定這些紛爭之後，將之改名為“太平”。太平在早期因锡矿而发展起来，曾是霹雳州的首府，但在1937年被怡保所取代。太平也被稱為“雨城”，因為當地的雨量比起馬來西亞的其他地方多一倍，被许多座山脉环绕。
Movement Control Order in Malaysia start from 18 March 2020 until 28 April 2020.
2020 Malaysia Movement Control Order (Malay: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Malaysia 2020) or MCO refers to a cordon sanitaire implemented as a preventive measure of the federal government of Malaysia towards the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) on 18 March 2020, thus a "movement control" was implemented throughout the country. The incident was commonly referred to in some local and international media as the "Malaysia partial lockdown" or "Malaysia lockdown". On 16 March, Prime Minister of Malaysia Muhyiddin Yassin made a televised speech and officially promulgated the restricted activities order under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967. During the order, PDRM conducted road blocks throughout the nation to ensure and warn Malaysians to stay home and abide the order.Starting from 22 March, Malaysia's military forces are mobilised to assist PDRM to ensure the effectiveness of the order. On 25 March, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin through a live national telecast announced that the control order is extended till 14 April.
Taiping (Malay pronunciation: /taipeŋ/) is a town located in Larut, Matang and Selama District, Perak, Malaysia. It is located approximately 48 km (30 mi) northwest of Ipoh, the capital of Perak, and 78 km (48 mi) southeast of George Town, Penang. With a population of 245,182 (in 2013), it is the second largest town in Perak after Ipoh, the state capital.
Taiping took over Kuala Kangsar's role as the state capital from 1876 to 1937, but was then replaced by Ipoh.Its growth slowed down after that, but in recent years the town has been developing rapidly again. Perak State Museum is located in the town.
Taiping also receives some limelight for being the wettest town in Peninsular Malaysia.The average annual rainfall is about 4,000mm in Taiping while the peninsula's average is 2,000mm – 2,500mm. Its unusual rainfall has also led to a fertile collection of flora and century-old rain trees in the Taiping Lake Gardens.
Taiping is ranked Top 3 Sustainable Cities in the world.
