如果可以，回到osmo，首先检查云台是否安装好，然后尝试强制升级重新升级试试：板机键+录像键+开机下拉键
然后开机看看是否正常，如果还是不出图就看看相机的指示灯是怎么闪烁的

厂家给个答复啊，这样怎么解决

没错，我也是X5 相机，在Osmo上图传经常丢失，而且无论是退出应用，还是重新启动Osmo 都不管用。关键时刻特别添堵。不知道为什么。
