OSMO升级挂掉了

今天下午在拍摄时收到了升级通知，于是就直接拿APP升级了，过程一切顺利，结束时也发出了升级成功的提示音，但是重启过后，虽然能正常启动，也能连上WiFI，但是进入相机后是黑屏，然后提示我升级，各种按钮都是灰色，无法使用，查看版本号结果是未知，电池信息也看不到，于是就下载固件到SD卡上用卡刷了，尝试两次都失败了，郁闷死了，这要怎么办啊？

我的APP根本没有提示，直接考到卡里升的。

完全都是按规矩来升级没有做什么危险操作都可以刷死真是够了这样以后怎么敢升级啊

升级失败了，建议您尝试更换一张SD卡重新升级试试

用的是安卓APP 版本是2.4.2 已经联系售后了说是要返厂话说必须要全套么？只返主机不是更快么？带了电池就不能空运了

我的也多次升级，各种办法都试了，没成功啊，要不要这样啊，上次因电池只能充到86%，说要寄回，好吧，寄了，然后客服又说要把全套寄回才能完全检查是不是因充电器或手柄有问题，又叫寄过去，好吧，又寄了，如果象楼上说的通过咨询了技术，说又要寄，我真是服了你们大疆了，寄来寄去的，豆腐都盘成肉价钱了，你们能不能搞个完整的事出来啊，真想骂人了，我一同购的精灵3p，拍出的片渣得不行，你们也在敷掩了事，我多次提出无法同步，老在3%，视频也拍给你们看过，现在仍是这样没法同步，你们到底为我们客户作想过没有，真操蛋

话说啊郁闷还没有结束啊今天终于拿回了返厂的机器了现在可以用了但是固件版本号那里依然显示的unknown 然后app依然提示我要升级但是我根本不敢啊万一又刷挂了怎么办售后没有把问题解决完算是怎么回事啊？
