楼主目前是最新的固件版本吗？检查蛋蛋是否卡紧，其次看看黑屏的时候两个指示灯怎么闪烁，也可以尝试更换设备试试

我已经在您的帖子里回复您了哈，您尝试把云台里的红色小红圈取下试试，如果还是不行，那估计就只能寄回来了，应该就是硬件的故障了
