你确定你下对了版本，或者说你以前一直没有升级过？如果以前没有升级过，要先升级成1.3.2，在升级成1.4.1

删除升级文件，从新下一次，解压出来文件只能放在根目录下，然后开机等他叫个够，大约15分钟左右就OK拉，我每次都是一次成功，成功后是云台相机那个小灯为绿色不是飞机那个大灯，

LOG发过去了 说我硬件全好。。第一次遇到这个情况，。，

把卡格式化把固件丢进去 把卡插入机器 开启机器（打开电池） 然后不要管了，不管他怎么叫，怎么显示亮灯。 技术是这么告诉我的 升级的过程中，可能你会看到，听到各种你感觉不正常的现象，暂且不管。。。。 比如，灯是闪烁的，过会都全部熄灭了，还会发出2种不同的声音等等，全部暂且不管 到了一定的时间里注意看云台指示灯，显示为常亮绿色，机器发出鸣叫声D..DD.. D..DD 就表示升级成功。 然后把卡拿下来，打开那个TXT文本，看不懂的话，把文本发技术看一看（大疆官网有在线技术支持，时时回答）
