精灵3SE官方固件问题

请教大家,精灵3SE在大疆官网为什么没有固件包下载,其它机型,包括3 standard都是有固件下载的!

楼主您好,精灵3SE是通过APP升级的,所以没有固件下载哦。您可以参考这里的升级方法:

我今天通过大疆公众号的人工服务问,回答是SE的固件还在测试中,现在APP中推送的升级可以不升,待测试完成再提供升级。到底听谁的啊?

您好,烦请您按照以下方法,把LOG发来看看。
1.根据以下方法把系统的隐藏文件夹选项打开:
Windows http://jingyan.baidu.com/article/ca2d939dd7a1b9eb6c31ced9.html
Mac:http://jingyan.baidu.com/article/86fae346947c453c48121a66.html
2.找到SD卡根目录下的隐藏文件夹 MISC ,在里面找到LOG文件夹。
3.把LOG文件夹里面的TXT文件(即LOG文件)发给我。

你这问题跟我的是一样一样的,也说要寄回去检测。我没寄,已试飞了两次,目前状况正常!
在大疆官微里问客服,回答是SE新的固件还在调试,所以可以先不用升级,官网也没提供升级固件下载。说调试好了,再升级。也不知何时算是调试好了!

我也在纠结啊,到底要不要寄,由于今天反复在折腾升级,没得时间去试飞。

我结合机器生产日期(今年4月份生产的)以及升级失败日志来分析,推测升级失败的原因可能是由于硬件出厂时使用的版本为:1.05.0050,而现在APP和客服给的是:1.05.0040版本,所以导致固件升级失败,程序以为是需要降级(The current firmware does not support downgrade. Use a different version of firmware to downgrade the target version.)。

我在猜测,寄回去极有可能只是把1.05.0050版降回到1.05.0040版本, 只是为了解决app提示升级又无法升级成功的bug。从升级失败日志来看,貌似只需要升级APP对应的固件版本即可解决,不知道为什么一定要寄回去。从一点来看,感觉大疆的软件研发流程还是比较混乱,造成这个bug很有可能是硬件团队和软件团队信息没同步好,造成两边版本信息不一致。

2、下个固件版本可以是否可以完全兼容成功升级?还是一定得寄回才能平滑升级后续固件版本?

PS:通常在硬件不变的情况下,软件向下兼容是完全可以做到,除非大疆的软件研发技术。。。。

目前飞了两次,貌似正常。但DJI一直不给个官方说法,动不动就是寄回去检测,很不负责任!

是的,我已寄回去了,客服跟我说不寄回去处理,后面其他固件还是升级不了的,早晚都要寄回去处理。

另外,投诉啥都没用,一副能拿我怎么样的嘴脸,算是服了。

还没,千万别寄回去,千万!!我一个全新一次未飞的机器,按他们要求返厂,售后答应会寄一个全新未拆封的机器给我,但给我寄了个乱七八糟的机器回来了,机身、配件全没包装,机器全是灰尘,机身多处脏,桨叶也没了……
